Event Services

The Office of Special Events Office plans and executes premier presidential and distinguished, university-wide protocol events that best promote the University’s mission and initiatives. These events include Commencement, President’s Distinguished Lecture Series and Alumni Weekend.  Our team of creative, strategic, and dedicated event coordinators is available to provide varying levels of service to the campus community from producing entire events to consultation advice.

Event Management

While upholding the University's mission, the Office of Special Events collaborates with our internal and external clients to assist in the implementation of their event goals and objectives. As professional liaisons, incorporating institutional knowledge and protocol, we coordinate communication, marketing, and logistical services. 

Consultation Services

As consultants, our team will help define your event’s objectives and goals by incorporating the University’s key priorities and protocols into your planning. Specializing in seamless event execution, Special Events has the tools and resources to make your event successful. Our experienced team can offer advice with your event in many different areas including marketing strategies, budget management, and logistical guidance.
